Total scam this place is. KIM RAYMOND, is a scam artist. Read all the reviews before choosing this office, I wish I would have.
Stay AWAY from this particular location ( Coventry, RI) If you are NEW customer for them ( because you are new sales for them ) they will treat good but once became a exiting customer they will treat you Sh***. Staff always in rush to get you out of office. They will not answer to your questions properly. "I deal with person " RAQUEL CARD" twice in person in past. Horrible/terrible experience.
