Very disappointing experience with the broker I dealt with. At the time of sea trials he wound up hopping off of the boat leaving me with the seller and the inspector as we motored around the bay. Very awkward and unexpected. Fortunately the sale did go through. Unfortunately the broker or title company did not inform me that I needed to take the bill of sale to the county recorders office myself and I subsequently received 5 years of back taxes on a boat that I no longer owned due to have moving to a new address and not rec... read more
