Long Term Update on my 5* review - the Oceanic Teak Furniture dining table in the Oct 2024 photo has been used uncovered on our deck in Virginia for 4 1/2 years. This product is better quality than any other deck furniture we have owned - I just used Star Brite Teak Cleaner followed by Clear Sealer to clean the table and chairs for the 2nd time ever and they look almost new. I was skeptical but this is very high quality furniture! Delivery was fast via private carrier. All items were wrapped and protected extremely well. I’m looking forward to enjoying my teak dining set for years to come.
I have had 6 Atlantic chairs for just over a month and two of them are not level. Also the chairs are not comfortable. They have barely any contour for back or bottom. I was hoping to be able to relax at the table after a meal but find myself wanting to get up and out of the chair as soon as I'm done. I would return them but it is too expensive and too difficult to "package the chairs as they were shipped", which is required. I am currently trying lumbar and seat cushion options to help with the comfort.
I have purchased two 10 seat tables and chairs, 4 loungers, 2 end tables, a coffee table and a bench and I’m not done yet. The quality is impeccable and customer service the best I’ve ever encountered. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars.
