We had a dining table, chairs, rocker, and chaise loungers for nine years now and they are still in perfect condition. Real is the only way to go in this harsh climate. The pieces required some assembly but it was easy and I disassembled all 12 pieces in one afternoon. Would buy again and would recommend.
