Bought a beautiful 36”x36” table and chairs set from Oceanic Teak Furniture and we’re super happy. The set shipped from Florida to California without damage and was set up and in use in less than 20 minutes. I had questions prior to the purchase and Paul in Sales was quick to respond. Great experience.
I just received my table ... very beautiful wood, but the table can't be assembled properly ... the bolts that extend out from the legs are too short to screw into the table. Paul the service manage acknowledged the problematic design and sent us somewhat complicated directions to try to extend the screws from the legs. We did follow his directions and after some effort, the screws did not extend long enough to assemble the table securely. Beautiful furniture, but unfortunately the Laguna Deep Seat set I bought in 1/2021 has not held up to light use. The bench seat legs have now developed two deep cracks leading to structural failures (it legitimately broke and fell apart with a friend sitting on it the first time). I have had to disassemble the furniture twice now to perform significant repairs. Not sure the quality of the teak is really up to snuff.
Received our Teak 95in Rectangular Extending Table & Pacific Chairs Set & free cushion pads today and quite pleased! No damages or concerns due to well- protected transport packaging. It was easy to assemble table legs. Deliver tracking not as clear as other deliveries as no call or outreach from XPO, but we were home to take curbside delivery, so overall 4.5 experience!
Ordering, status updates, and delivery were all smooth. The set was packaged very well with no damage upon arrival. There's no assembly required yet the table and chairs (umbrella was bought somewhere else) are very well built and high quality. I'll definitely order here again!
