UPDATE: Dan was very responsive and helpful in finally getting the downdraft installed and is now helping me find a final part needed. Thank you for the service and for the speed of response once I raised my concern! ===================== I am currently having a terrible repair experience with Oceanic Repair Service. Back in January I called them for an appliance repair and to this day I have been unable to get it repaired. Several of my calls and emails are not returned.
I was told when I called for a repair of my freezer that I would have to pay for an evaluation appointment first and that would not include the actual repair. They scheduled me approximately three weeks later. Today the repair technician calls an hour and a half prior to the appointment. I had received a text message yesterday saying that I needed to confirm that someone would be available at the appointed time. I confirmed that someone would be available. I am currently having a terrible repair experience with Oceanic Repair Service. Back in January I called them for an appliance repair and to this day I have been unable to get it repaired. Several of my calls and emails are not returned. Additionally, when the repair was attempted months ago, two parts were removed from the existing unit (front cover and splash guard).
