I want to give a shout-out to Jason. He came to finish a repair of my stove. Always on time, very knowledgeable. I would recommend them hightly. PS: I would never buy another Viking cooktop, very cheaply made and nothing like my original one from 20 years ago!!
Jason was very helpful and took his time to explain the problem. He fixed both the issues and did a trial run to see how the issue was resolved. If I have any other issues I would hope he would be the repair man.
The appointment was fairly easy to set up, my appointment was even pushed up in time after a courtesy call asking if it would be OK. The person who held the gold standard as far as customer service in diagnosing, explaining the issue, preventive measures, and repair was my technician JASON. He is knowledgeable in his field and was in & out in less time that what i had projected.
It was a breeze to work with Jason from Oceanic repair. He was very professional, knew what he is doing and was very punctual. Would definitely recommend and will use the service again if needed
Jason helped us with our Viking Fridge and Oven. Very knowledgeable, and helped with an interim solution before the parts arrived for the permanent fix Thanks so much!
