This was back in February - March of 2024. We had turned off our AGA to clean it and once we tried to re-ignite it there were some parts that broke and we needed to replace them so I set up an appointment. Great experience and service all the way; from Jacob setting up the appointment, fitting me in ahead of schedule because this has been dragging on with Big Chill for a while now and explaining the warranty paperwork to Mike coming out, making an accurate diagnosis on a Big Chill/Bluestar appliance and ordering the correct part ... I'm so relieved this is all being taken care of.
I had an excellent experience with Oceanic Repair Services. From the initial call, they were attentive to my needs and made sure they understood the issue. Daniel and team took the time to explain the issue. Very professional, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. They completed the repair efficiently and quickly. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!
Took our money and disappeared. Two months without parts or service for our broken Viking refrigerator.
