Jason did a recent repair on a burner of my Viking range. Excellent job. Quick and knowledgeable to diagnose problem and came back and quickly replaced needed parts. I appreciate his professionalism and always being so on time.
If you're looking for an old school, knowledgeable, full service, diagnosis/repair of an appliance - Jason is your man! He goes above and beyond to get you up and running. He is prompt, courteous, diligent, and neat! My ULINE ice maker repair was a two part problem, after the first repair, he initiated an additional visit and came with necessary part in hand- free of charge. Truly a professional in every way. Oceanic is LUCKY to have such a GEM!
Great service. Jason was awesome and got our Viking oven back up and running.
Today we had Jason come and service our Viking wall oven. Incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, thorough! Was apprehensive over the extensive repair /time but Jason was phenomenal. Will certainly use oceanic repairs service again and fingers crossed if I ever need will request Jason.
We have had Jason at our home a few times recently to fix our Viking Range. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed working with him and would definitely recommend him.
