Technician Jason is a pleasure and really made sure the customer experience was great. He checked every product and ensured the problem was fixed and that the replacement parts were flawless. Always punctual as well.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT STICK TO THEIR WORD OR APPOINTMENT WINDOWS. LATE TO COME DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE BY HOURS...TOOK OFF THE 1ST 4 HOURS OF WORK FOR THEM TO INSTALL PART AND WERE LATE FOR THAT APPOINTMENT ALSO. HAD TO LEAVE TO GO TO WORK AND THEY REFUSED TO RESCHEDULE TO INSTALL MY PART. BOW WITHOUT USE OF MY OVEN FOR OVER A MONTH AND A HALF AND BACK TO SQUARE ONE. I GUESS THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ITS WARRANTY WORK, YOU GET PUSHED TO BACK IF THE LINE. ZERO STAR RATING IF POSSIBLE.
