I have had issues with noise from the unit above me. I had sent 3 emails over the course of the month of October. On the 7th, the 15th, and the 27th. None of my emails were responded to or acknowledged. The only time i had any response is when i had walked into the main office during hours of operation, which are common working days for tenants.
