Oceania 1 is a great place -- if you don't mind constant drilling/construction noise; this place has to be the noisiest building in Sunny Isles Beach/on Collins. Unfortunately, I moved back here under the wrong impression of how much construction is going on (completely misled/lied to), and now I'll have to pay for that mistake for months (ugh!)
