We were solicited $1,000 cash upfront from Jeremiah Aguilera RS 86856 for him to show us a luxury property in Koloa. He didn’t show up and it’s not answering texts or calls. We just want our money back.
perfect 4 BRs, 1 separate and independent (if so desired). Family vacation allowed plenty of space and convenience for gathering all for any meal and enjoying volleyball, surfing, swimming. The only disappointment was that we were unable to access the bikes to ride in to town but that didn't stop us. beautiful location.
We had an amazing stay on the north shore in the Hale Oli house. Originally we found the house on Airbnb, but when we saw that Oceanfront Realty managed the rental, we decided to rent directly with them, which made things even smoother. They were quick to answer any questions/enquires we had, the app they use makes communication even easier, and they also offer tips for local activities during your stay. Literally the worst to deal with and not customer focused. There's plenty of better options on the island or better yet just stay at a hotel. Would give 0 starts if I could. While I appreciate the owner of the home depends on income from the property I can't appreciate the lack of human courtesy for not providing any sort of accommodation for a last minute death in our family. Even faceless corporations like Marriott or Hyatt bend over backwards when a funeral is involved and shift policies. Not a very "mahalo" experience.
