I had a very frustrating and confusing experience at Oceanfront Dentistry. I went in for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning, but was told they refused to provide a regular cleaning because I allegedly needed a “deep laser cleaning” that would cost around $500. They claimed that performing a normal cleaning instead would somehow be considered insurance fraud, which felt very misleading and didn’t make much sense. Despite the fact that Delta Dental shows that they are accepting new clients, they told me they are not taking on new clients. So don’t waste time calling.
