Opened a checking + savings. Didn't get starter checks, didn't order checks for new checking account until I called a week and a half later. The bank is on the same "Street" as me but bank ordered them using "Avenue". Previous checks misspelled "Hammonton" As for savings - didn't get deposit slips. Lackadaisical in service or just sloppy.
I always have such a great experience here, especially with Ms. Pinizzotto from the Hammonton branch. She's fantastic. So helpful and nice. I do my best to see her every time.. I've had mostly all great experiences with ocean first bank. The best experiences have always been with Ms. Pinizzotto. Highly recommend
Ocean First Bank in Hammonton, New Jersey, repeatedly gave out my account balance to a number of people who deposited into my account. The account balance was given to these people without my consent, and provided on the deposit receipt, without verifying that the depositor was the account owner. I feel this is a violation of my Financial Privacy. I think the tellers inside are miserable and NOT friendly at all!!!! I miss my glendora branch. I have never had a friendly experience in hammonton nj They don't even say hello .... NOTHING! I don't do much banking in person , mostly online but occasionally I do have to go to a facility. Everything it's the same experience . This experience was 4/24/25. Br# 41. Tir # 1004. Seq# 48.
