Incredibly rude... It's unfortunate that staff at a financial institution can't follow basic rules of profecionalism
Horrible experience at this bank, I went to cash my check from work.. They treated me like a criminal, it was not enough my 2 form of ID.. They were really rude with bad attitude they called my boss to verify I was an employee trying to cash the check.. It was EMBARRASSING. Trust me I know banks employees are to follow banks policies and procedures, but the lack of professionalism, the lack of respect made me feel denigrated and like I was doing something wrong .
