I've been a member, on and off, for over 15 years. It has gotten better and better over the years. It has 3 fully equipped gym areas, pool, sauna, multiple classes, massage therapists, nutritionist, physio, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
The gym itself has great facilities, but I was really disappointed with how my partner was treated. He’s a paying member and invests a significant amount in his membership, yet the customer service he received didn’t reflect that. On one occasion, a staff member greeted him and he mentioned he was looking forward to using the spa to relax. Her response, however, was quite rude—she said, “To relax?
