Check-in is brutally long with only one employee at desk which during check-in time seems ridiculous. Room wasn't ready but we didn't have to wait long. Elevator situation is a mess. One broke down 3 different times causing long waits. Rooms need a makeover. Location is great. Kids loved everything about it. For what I got. Bedroom for me. Pullout bed for kids. Ocean view from the side but ok. Worth the price. I'd choose a higher end place next time personally.

3-stars for the crowded amenities part. We shared pools with two other hotels- too much. No chairs available. Service was nice. The front desk crew work hard!! Room was clean. Balcony was good. Our power shut out a few times. They fixed it.

Check-in was a long wait. Only 2 elevators for the entire hotel. My ‘ocean view’ room was a view down the Main Street. But because it was on the side that you could look down the way and see the ocean, it’s considered ocean view. Our room was fine, but the sliding door was broken to where it couldn’t be locked. Room was never cleaned during our stay. You can’t charge drinks you purchase at the pool to your room. Front desk staff was nice. Bar tender was ok.
