A pay for ocean view. room and they gave me city view. Service so slow. On everything. Plus they charge me 200 dollars for extra each room. Plus !¿ fifty eight dollars for service room i am supposed a pay for everything. Already. I'll pay a fee on the application and when I arrive to the hotel they charge me more.58 dollars

We've stayed here several times now, staying in corner suites on every corner of the north tower. The location and views are amazing, and I have recommended this to friends repeatedly through the years. But it has definitely declined, both in condition and service. Having multiple pools to choose from is great when with family, but they are definitely dingier than when we first went.
