Rooms are average but clean. We had an ocean view suite. One side had a full fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot and microwave. The attached room had the same but a smaller fridge. Our stay was 3 nights and we never saw housekeeping.
I booked an oceanfront balcony room two months prior to my stay. I wasn’t aware of the balcony being closed until I walked in the room. There was no accommodations made. Also during my stay the elevator went down and the only option was the stairs to the 5th floor. The older white man at the front desk overnight was extremely rude and disrespectful.
