I stayed at this hotel- at check in, the room provided was not cleaned- untouched. This was reported, I was asked to please wait- approximately 30 minutes goes by- no response. I chose to leave and go elsewhere. We had put the vehicle in valet and no valet to get the vehicle. For 2 hours we were just bounced around with no one taking full responsibility. They did give me a refund but save yourselves the trouble.
Fantastic stay!We had a wonderful time at The Oceaneer Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Best of all, it is just an easy, short walk straight to the beach. Highly recommend!
We had a really nice stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire! The pool area is fantastic, and we especially loved that they have a pool and hot tub designated for adults 21 and up—it made for a very relaxing atmosphere. The only issue we ran into was with the sleeper sofa bed, which broke on our first night. However, maintenance was very responsive and came to fix it first thing the next morning. Check in was a nightmare. Long wait for luggage carts and room to be ready. Parking for check in is almost non existent, traffic was backed up on the road waiting to get in. The concierge, Brianna was a great help. She made the process tolerable. After getting settled in the stay has been good.
