Just had my first massage in the salt cave, after numerous visits. It was soooo good! Patty was absolutely fantastic! Can’t wait to go back
It's one of my favorite things to do on the cape. I always feel so much more relaxed and grounded. The cave itself is so well built, and you really do feel like you are in a cave of himalayan salt. Best thing ever! If you are thinking about it, give it a try. You'll love it!

My husband and I went to the Oceanair Himalayan Salt Cave for a full moon event. We joined 6 others and Grace in the large event room. Grace led us through a meditative sound bath using large quartz and metal bowls, chimes and a flute. The intent was to release what no longer served us. As she moved through the room offering each of us a moment of Reiki, the vibrations within our bodies elevated.
