Sound Healing with Ana was a very unique experience for an hour laying on a mat and a pillow at Hearst Cancer Resource Center in SLO. Ana asked everyone how they were feeling. I said, "I'm happy". Ana let me take photos of her and with her crystal bowls. Check, call for, and pick up HCRC's bi-monthly newsletter for Ana's Sound Healing dates and times, and other activities for cancer survivors.
When I embarked on my Yoga Transformation journey with Ana I had no idea that life was about to change forever for the greater good. Transformation was what Ana so beautifully guided me through. This was a year of shedding what no longer aligned, tapping into spiritual gifts and truly a journey back to myself. Through movement, breath work and sound baths I was able to regulate my nervous system, find my flow and remember who I am. Ana is truly an Earth Angel.
If you want a beautiful sound bath experience to calm your mind and release your thoughts, Ana is your person. A private session in the privacy of your home or at a beautiful outdoor setting is extremely well priced and worth every penny. I highly recommend!
Ana is the real deal. A true healer! Many times she will sense what I am feeling physically in my body and recommend a practice to help me with it— and I hadn't said a word to her about it yet! I receive sound baths and yoga from her in my home and it is always the highlight of my week. Helps calm the "wired but tired" feeling that can creep up on me during a busy week, and I'm in a better mood and sleep better the night after.
Oceana is amazing at her work and overall knowledgeable, definitely recommend (:
