Very clean, professional and kind. Susan gave a great medium tissue massage which is exactly what I needed that day. They aren't pushy about the tip like a lot of shops in the area. Will definitely come back to see Susan for the massage and conversation

Disappointing experience. Walked in for an hour massage ahead of another male walk-in asking for a 30 min massage. They had me pay ahead of time, never a good idea. They left me waiting in my room for 15 minutes, I finally got up realizing they intended to make me wait the 30 mins while the man in the other room got his massage. When I asked for a refund they attempted to do it, couldn’t figure it out, and sent me out the door with my original receipt and no actual refund. Super frustrating. The therapist was on her phone the whole time texting, that’s just disrespectful. The massage wasn’t good either, NOT recommended
