Highly recommend Natalie. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and adjusted the session accordingly. I prefer deep, strong pressure, and she was definitely strong enough while still keeping it controlled and effective. It was also very relaxing. I left feeling noticeably better and will be booking again!

Peter is so great! I'm 9 months pregnant and my back has been hurting so much and I've had two massages with Peter and they helped so much. He listens to what you need and adjusted pressure to be deep and at the same time safe for my pregnant body, Peter is kind and very caring. Thank you! :)

I have had 4 sessions with Leah so far, treating lower back stenosis that was causing sciatica pain and joint pain along the nerves coming from my lower back. The pain relief has been incredible even after the first sessions. Many pain points are gone or mostly gone now. Leah is very thorough and knowledgeable and does excellent work. I highly recommend her.

I love Oceana Massage. The location in West Pender is easy to access and the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. I have been accessing treatment with Mattias - Matty, for a couple of years and Matty’s massages are brilliant. Matty’s skill in knowing what my muscles need is impeccable. Matty also provides helpful information about my general self care with kindness and sincerity.

As someone who spends long hours at a desk, I was blown away by how Leah knew exactly what I needed. She found and released all the tension in my shoulders, back, and legs, leaving me looser and lighter than I’ve felt in ages. Highly recommend her if you’re dealing with desk-related aches!
