They did a groupon deal. My daughter purchased a couples massage and they never fulfilled it. Left messages for a few weeks and the groupon was expiring. They finally shot back to us a week prior to the expiration and They took information of the groupon code and stated that they booked a day for us three weeks out. A week prior to the massage they sent a text stating that they had flood damage and had to postpone for three weeks. They closed because of a flood and haven't honoured my previously booked appointment so they took payment for a service that hasn't yet been fulfilled
I’ve been trying to contract this establishment for over a week and nothing!!! Two emails and nothing, their phone number is out of service!!! Get better customer service or at least one that works!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this business. I called to book an appointment and was charged a deposit upfront. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the appointment, but I did so five days in advance — well beyond their stated 48-hour cancellation policy. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I have not received a refund for my deposit. The lack of response and resolution has been incredibly frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend booking an appointment here.
I have been trying to contact this establishment, phone callas and text but no teply at all. I was supposed to do a facial in march just couple of days before my appointment they canceled and said there was flooding in their office. They said they will contact me in 3 weeks. I have been trying to reach out to them by text and phone but none decency to get back to me. The service has been paid. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate. At least advise their customers !!! Does this salon still exist !!!!!
