This would be my first and last time going to Oceana dry cleaners. I showed up to drop my son's military uniform off for dry cleaning. Sign on door said lunch break 2:30-3:30 it is now 3:45 and they are still closed.
My clothes were perfectly cleaned and pressed, and ready when promised!
Awful. They use safety pins on your clothes making small holes that can easily rip down the road. Never seen this where they even needed them let alone just put them on the collar hang tag. Two of my new sweaters look like they were washed when I asked them to be dry cleaned. Also holes from safety pins. Guy walks around with a dog gotta figure he is getting dander on himself and your clothes. Not real hygienic for anyone. Won't be going back. Ever.
I’ve been going here for over two years and they have been great, always get my patches done in a quick and efficient time, and they definitely know their stuff about uniforms, highly recommend
