I’ve lived in this place for 20 years. This is the worst place. You can live everybody that resides in this area. All they do is complain. They make problems they act like it’s a penitentiary in there. It’s literally like a jail. You can’t do nothing. They have so many rules and regulations if you ever think about moving here think twice before you do that I highly highly recommend you go and find a place elsewhere if you want to live a life without extra problems. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid a deposit and was later told it would be refunded, but I never received my money back. Communication became very difficult after that, and my concerns were not properly addressed. I would advise others to be very careful and make sure everything is clearly documented before making any payments.

Very disappointing and dishonest experience. This office rental company misleads people and does not act in good faith. They refuse to return security deposits without valid reasons, constantly create problems, and play games with tenants’ time and nerves. Instead of being professional, they pressure you into paying more than what is actually required and change conditions after agreements are made. The whole experience feels stressful and unfair.
