The pool is amazing, the gym section is a bit sparse and tired. Not a lot of cardio machines and a small free weight area. Huge functional fit area, though. Good value if you like the pool.
Go see Ray ... Upstairs for a great massage !!! he is a busy man, so book in advance ...
