Tatiana was amazing. I had an IPL treatment that already has my face looking great. all in all a wonderful experience.
The staff greeted me with smiles the moment I entered the door- so refreshing. The office is like very and pristine. My appointment with Dr B was right on time and only took one hour. He explained everything about the occipital surgery and other options in great detail- as well as the prognosis with great detail. He is down to earth, warm and caring and even though his navigator was on vacation, he himself prepared and reviewed a package that I could take with me including the pricing for pre-surgery and post follow up. Tatiana is exceptional. I did the IPL and Morpheus8 package, and while these are serious devices meant to undo decades of wear and tear, the care and experience were as easy and comfortable as possible. Tatiana’s expertise, calm confidence, and attentiveness made all the difference. I felt well informed, well cared for, and completely at ease throughout the process. Outstanding results, outstanding care. Highly recommend.
