Looking for the perfect spot to practice before or after the beach look no further!!!! Ocean Yoga is beautiful; the ambiance, the energy, the teachers and the incredible community. I am so grateful to be apart of such a special community. Come in and feel the love and MOVE your body or you can try an exceptional sound bath there are three a week at a highly competitive and unbeatable price!!! Don't trust me, TRY ME!
Ocean yoga has always provided such a safe and sacred setting to practice yoga in. Their instructors are educated and passionate about what they teach, ensuring a beautiful experience every time. Lindsay in particular is my favorite instructor, as she pays attention to the practitioners form and provides appropriate adjustments that are incredibly beneficial. Will continue to practice in this sacred space, but more importantly, will continue to grow and thrive in the community Ocean Yoga has created.

Just moved to Long Beach, have been coming for years..This Studio is Amazing, beautiful, clean and comfortable! Tremendous teachers and a diverse community of fellow yogis who practice here who are full of Love and Support. It's the Right Place at the Right Time🧘♂️
I just moved to Long Beach. Life long yogi..I have been to many a studio, not only are the teachers here Great but the Vibe on the whole is Amazing across the board. Lots of Love and Sincerity here amongst all. And being new to town any place you can "plug in" to that is 🙏
