Remember when this office was located on Rt 72 where chic-fil-a stands now? That's when I started coming to this office. It has grown so much but the lack of care has gone down over the years. In the past, I didn't mind coming here for my annual but now you walk in and the staff is awful(I know it's busy). My last visit I was one of the last patients in the office and when I walked out all the lights were turned off and no one rescheduled me for a follow up. As a new patient, I was very happy with my first visit. I was impressed with how efficient and prompt the staff were, as well as friendly and showed genuine concern. Even with an appointment later in the day, they were right on schedule, I waited under 5 minutes before checking in and being seen. (I truly appreciated NOT having to sit and wait, feeling cold wearing only a hospital gown and paper sheet.) Dr. Sunkavalli was personable, efficient and competent. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sunkavalli my pregnancy and delivery. My case was high-risk, but she was incredibly attentive, understanding, and supportive every step of the way. I’m really thankful I had such a great doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, caring, and skilled doctor.
