Ryan from Ocean Window Washing came and washed my very sad, very dirty windows. They are ✨sparkling ✨ and look brand new. Even my kids commented how good they look. Grateful for the wonderful service!
I made an appt one month in advance so I can get the exact day and time I needed sandwiched between carpet cleaners, and house cleaners before family was to visit. I then confirmed a week earlier.. they texted on the way and said they were rear ended and would be late but would call ASAP … That was five hours ago. I’ve placed a couple of calls and texts with no response at all. I canceled physical therapy appointment and changed my run waiting all this time …. I found Ryan through a Google search while looking for someone to clean the windows of a home in San Clemente, CA. I asked him to clean all the windows inside and out. He told me the job was done and that everything looked great so I paid him. However, when I went to check a week later, the windows clearly had not been cleaned. I've tried calling and texting him multiple times with no response. Unfortunately, I would not recommend hiring him--I feel like I was taken advantage of.
No show. No response on my follow up.
