Just took delivery of our second RV from Ocean West. We traded in our fifth wheel from them on our first motor home. Ehren was great and we can’t wait for our first trip in our “new” used Sunseeker Class C. Easy to deal with and great walk through.
We purchased a 40 foot Tiffin diesel pusher from Ocean West RV. Aaron helped us with the purchase and took several hours to show us how to use everything as we were new to the RV world. He didn’t just try to push us on the motorhome, but found out what our mission was and went over some of the different options so we could make the right decision. What a horrible experience! Salesman Erin (I think) was irritable, Dishonest and rude. Pictures on offer up were deceiving. States the coach is immaculate inside and out. Upon arrival we saw that the RV was not in immaculate condition.Pictures on website are definitely edited. This is not the place to shop for an rv. Erin will push and push untill he gets his sale. We put a deposit for an rv however due to a little research on the the rv they discovered it wasn't as reliable as a model as we hoped. Now because he pushed us sooo much for the purchase and we canceled on him were not getting our deposit back no loan papers were signed. And now because we "wasted his time" we dont get our deposit.
