Benita Basra charged me for promised orthotics, then quit responding and never refunded me after two months and ongoing lies of “going to right away”. She pushed appointments only for financial gain, rather than actual help. Her business has been shut down as a result of her poor treatment to customers. I would not recommend seeing.
Highly recommend acupuncture with Christine Jeffrey here. Love the combo of acupuncture and MLD she provides - she's been helping me recover from my concussion and neck/shoulder injury. Always leave feeling so relaxed. In my experience, even more effective that an RMT. Thanks Chris!
I booked an appointment with Sarah.M a week a head and confirmed two days in advance sharing my credit card info, heath card and insurance number as requested. I was cautioned about the cancellation fees. My appointment was canceled two hours before my appointment and the staff was unable to provide any additional assistance or reschedule with another masseuse. The only advice was you may share your concern via email. I will definitely not going back either recommending the place.
Absolute scam. Be cautious.
