Estela is AH-MAZING!!!!! I have VERY dense muscles and have chronic inflammation in my back and shoulders. This is the very first time my lower back wasnt aching when getting up from the massage table after we were done!!!! That's saying a lot! I’ve had two sessions with Estela and she is a true therapist and healer. She is attentive and responsive in my sessions and is able to release my pressure points. I have noticed improved performance and mobility in my everyday life and I plan on booking another session soon.
