Love this salon....Elise is a wonderful cutter for my strong wiry hair which grows ever so quickly. The service there is always on time and very friendly.
It is my first time at Ocean Waves and am very pleased with the style Rachel created and because she cuts with confidence and efficiency it doesn't take ages. Excellent quality and value haircut .
