Excellent doctors and nurses .Very kind , understanding and helpful front desk.
Dr Chowdhury is amazing and the best doctor I’ve had, patient and understanding. But some members of the reception can be quite rude. I’ve also gone almost 2 weeks without being replied to via email, even after sending a follow up. Was told on the phone that the email isn’t ‘monitored’ as they aren’t ’sat on it all day’. Consider this very unprofessional.
Thank you Dr Tony Moor and Dr Phoebe Tronc for looking after my health issues over the years. Ooohhh yes, thank you for ordering the ambulance when my foot was infected and swollen. It is all back to normal. Thank you to the nurse and reception for the help you given me . Kind regards Frank
Had a travel consult with Dr Shad very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Follow up injections with Nurse Molly who answered any question i had and was quick and painless. Follow up injection appointment with Dr Phoebe walked me through the whole appointment and had a lovely manner. Injection with Kath very generous with Jelly Beans and friendly + quick! 10/10
