Dr Chowdhury is amazing and the best doctor I’ve had, patient and understanding. But some members of the reception can be quite rude. I’ve also gone almost 2 weeks without being replied to via email, even after sending a follow up. Was told on the phone that the email isn’t ‘monitored’ as they aren’t ’sat on it all day’. Consider this very unprofessional.

Had a travel consult with Dr Shad very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Follow up injections with Nurse Molly who answered any question i had and was quick and painless. Follow up injection appointment with Dr Phoebe walked me through the whole appointment and had a lovely manner. Injection with Kath very generous with Jelly Beans and friendly + quick! 10/10

Dr Akram was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable to discuss our travel vaccination needs. His knowledge in the area is second to none and he provided a very detailed , evidence based plan of action for our needs. We felt very confident that we went to the right place. He also has a great sense of humour and made the appointment an enjoyable experience. The nurses were great and we hardly felt the injections and the jelly beans were a special touch as we left.
