Doctor seems to be drug. Always just gives antibiotics whatever you have. Regardless... I like the main dr there. He even called me for a follow-up and my family doctor from somewhere else didn't.
I'm not one to write a negative review, but this clinic has sadly warranted one over the years. My experience with my doctor had been overall positive, but not with reception/front desk. There have been times I've been absolutely appalled by the way they've communicated with me. 1. After 10 days waiting for a phone call appointment at today February 2, 2926, I had an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience with Ocean Medical Clinic. Here is what happened: Today , I had a scheduled phone appointment at 11:00 AM with my family doctor at this clinic. I cleared my schedule and waited by the phone for two hours. I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Ian Wong. don't recommend this Doctor at all. I was misdiagnosed with scabies after two visits. Despite ongoing symptoms, no skin scraping or biopsy was ordered to properly confirm the diagnosis. I later shared photos of my condition with a dermatologist in Iran, who was able to identify the issue from pictures alone.
