Only Condo on A1A so close to the beach. They’re not neglecting major projects, They’re pushing forward with all necessary restorations. I am glad these projects are being implemented, even at the cost, because now the building will be safe and sound for many years to come. Cheap as expensive and expensive as cheap.
Ocean Walk offers beautifully appointed beachfront condos with true luxury living. The community is proactively completing all required milestone and structural work following the Miami collapse, putting it well ahead of every other building on A1A. Once finished, it will be the premier property on the entire strip. Highly recommended.
these condos are extremely old and they need a lot of maintenance. The elevators were just completed after two years. Now we do have two elevators. The main issue now Is the parking spaces which we have none and won’t have any for seven months because of construction. We are asked to park across A1A highway in a parking lot that has no street lights whatsoever. Indian Harbour Beach location took it upon themselves to trap rats that Tennants had reported and in doing so trapped a defenseless squirrel. This is unacceptable. With all the money you make you would think to hire a professional to treat your property. So very sad.
Great place to stay, would stay again.
