I’m so confused. This office was amazing in February when we lost our kitty. Today I called needing help after a long weekend and 24 hours of my other kitty not eating or drinking water and the receptionist absolutely would not help me. Would not make room in the schedule for a returning patient with an animal in need until until “late next week”.
