⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience at VCA Ocean View Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, the office staff were incredibly welcoming and caring, which immediately put us at ease. The vet tech was very attentive and super sweet, taking the time to make sure everything was explained and that my pet was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Pollack was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, kind, welcoming to all.
They were so welcoming and were clear about every option, the communication was clear and they answered all my questions. If I didn't understand or wasn't sure about something, they talked me through it and didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't able to decide on. They gave me the option to come back to it later. Overall I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a regular vet for their pet.
