They were so welcoming and were clear about every option, the communication was clear and they answered all my questions. If I didn't understand or wasn't sure about something, they talked me through it and didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't able to decide on. They gave me the option to come back to it later. Overall I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a regular vet for their pet.
I’m so confused. This office was amazing in February when we lost our kitty. Today I called needing help after a long weekend and 24 hours of my other kitty not eating or drinking water and the receptionist absolutely would not help me. Would not make room in the schedule for a returning patient with an animal in need until until “late next week”. When I asked if she could help me or have someone help me, give me a referral or a nurse give me advice she said: “I’m new to the area, so no” Disappointed. Another vets office off... read more
