Despite driving 7 hours, leaving the house at 6:00 to ensure arrival before their closing time of 3:00, we were called by Ocean View around 1:00. We were told that the employees would be allowed to leave as soon as we picked up our keys. When we told them we were about an hour away, we were asked to hurry and not to stop for lunch so they wouldn’t have to wait until 3 to get off. Incredibly unprofessional. Travelers arrive as quickly as they can.
Rhonda Lehnen is an awesome person! She goes above and beyond, does excellent work!
When we moved to the area Rhonda Lehnen was very helpful in helping us rent a place for a couple of months and then was our realtor when we bought our home. Couldn't be happier!
