The lady that we talked to over the phone was dishonest and said my daughter could leave anytime she wanted to Voluntarily no questions asked. When she said she wanted to leave they lied and told my wife they needed a Doctor to evaluate her and maybe put a 72 hour hold and possibly keep her longer against her will and our wishes . To put it lightly we were livid. But eventually she was let go. Totally lost feel we were lied to because they want $$$ first . Dont trust them or take your loved ones there do your due diligence.

This place is super dangerous, the bathroom floors are slippery, they are always dirty, they only have you here to get your money and keep you for as long as they can because in the end it doesn't help you at all to come here. The Vanessa manager does not care about the poor state of the bathrooms even though she has received thousands of complaints, of course since the owner's brother-in-law is in charge of maintenance, she does not tell him anything and he also knows it but he does not care at all. Compassionate and caring staff, comfortable and private rooms (with tvs!), volunteer only. Doctors have an excellent reputation for medication management. I would refer my own family here before any other psychiatric hospital.
