This is a very special restaurant and a hidden pearl in Narragansett. locating in the back of Mariner Square Mall and Carry the name from the original location at Matunuck, RI. Very special Chinese Food! – We've eaten Chinese food all over the world, including NYC's Chinatown and San Fran's. The food at Oceanview is superior to most! Mr. Ma is a superb chef... but watch out. He cooks what he wants when he wants and most diners wouldn't put up with all his "rules." Decent Food....Overpriced – "Ocean View" (There is far from an ocean view. Like the other reviewer said, its in a strip mall) Chinese restaurant is a very capable place when it comes to good Chinese fare. Its certainly much better than the horrendous "New Dragon" close by. The food is on a par with the "Pagoda Inn" in NK. Unfortunately I have to take off two stars for they take advantage of their location by charging higher prices. oceanview? – I never understood why they called it that - it's in a mini-mall. The food, however is fantastic. Order from the chefs specialties - oh the crispy pork and the sissling mongolian beef - I wish I could remember more of the names!
