Came to Ocean tyres with an alignment issue. With a quick inspection they could identify and rectify the issue within the hour.
Waoo these guys are good and with best machines in town. They also work on Sundays which is good for some of us . Charges are fair as well
Appreciated the team fitting a wheel alignment and balance with 1 hrs notice yesterday Unfortunately today noticed 2 upper ball joints and CV joint rubber were badly perished. I now need to replace these parts and another wheel alignment. I would have taken 5 seconds a side to run their eye over any obvious defects and report them before spending extra money. After a brief phone call to discuss, not much care was given.
Great customer service. Rang up out of the blue for 2 boat trailer tyres. Half hour later, I was picking them up fitted. Go along way to get service like that. Very impressed. Highly recommend this place.
Had such an amazing experience with Ocean Tyres I was actually left speechless. Being new to the area we had visited other places that could not fix my simple problem. Iain was so accommodating and took the time to explain the problem to us and had it all fixed up for me! Really amazing work, I will be coming back!
