It’s a little run down but it’s a nice place for family to gather.
Horrible host. Bad instructions place was not kept up was gross. Dirty shower curtain, dirty duvet with stains, ripped pillows, dirty dishes and pots and pans. Dirty windows. Hot tub needs maintenance not all jets working. Host is entitled and saying i am difficult. Look at the place...... Owner replied saying i got wrong place .. It is your place nice try!!!!.
We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Trails Resort and would absolutely return for our next family vacation to the Parksville area. We traveled as a family of five and stayed in a 3-bedroom condo, which was a perfect fit. We needed a late check-in, and the staff handled it proactively and without any fuss — the unit was clean, tidy, and ready to go when we arrived.
