It needs to be renovated, it very old-fashioned, it had a vcr/DVD combo in the living room, we couldn't even go on the balconies because of building repairs, would not recommend this place.
My Uncle is paralyzed from the waist down & this buildings elevator went out for ONE WEEK AND MY UNCLE WAS TRAPPED ON THE 5TH FLOOR FOR A WEEK WITHOUT ELEVATOR REPAIRS AND THE BUILDING OWNERS DID NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The parts came in, but they refused to pay overtime for maintenance to repair the elevator! They would rather a human be trapped than pay A dollar! Sickening. It even made the news. I will never recommend this place to anyone. It is the worst resort I have ever stayed at. Here are the list of things I experienced there. 1. The coffee maker had coffee in it with mold. 2. The 2nd bedroom closet had mold in the ceiling. We had children with us. 3. There was only one (1) blanket in the entire unit of 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. 4. Can't beat the location or the view. The place is a little dated. But comfortable. No extra pillow cases for the extra pillows. Came here for the ocean. Got it!
We spent 5 wonderful days here. Awesome view of the ocean from the balcony. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with everything provided pots, pans, silverware, glasses. It had cable tv, dvd vcr combo, tv in every room. It also had a washer and dryer. It was very quiet and relaxing. The entire grounds were clean including our condo. We will definitely stay again.
