Overall Stay: Our experience at Ocean Towers was extremely disappointing and far below Airbnb standards. Check‑In: Check‑in was confusing, and when we asked if we were at the right location, we were told — very emphatically and very rudely — that we were not staying there and needed to go elsewhere. They didn’t tell us online when we booked the room that you can’t use the balcony. Construction workers everywhere and very loud equipment all day! Open the closet door it fell off the hinges. Kids tv don’t work in there room and water is leaking from the ceiling. What a joke of a place to stay.

Would not recommend this place. The building is under construction which means balcony is closed and this was not stated during the booking. Arrived at the place and it was a mess the place was never cleaned prior to arriving. Overflow parking located couple blocks away and it’s about a 18 min walk back. Just overall the place just looks moldy I would not stay here again.

DO NOT rent from these people. We've been coming here for 10+ years and it's gone downhill every year (we've stayed in several different units - all the same.) This year, we got a letter in he summer stating the city of North Myrtle Beach has declared the balconies on the ocean side condemned due to structural issues that will eventually be repaired. As a result, no one can go out on the balconies or the sundeck downstairs and we're told if a sliding glass door to the balcony is open, the entire building will be evicted. She... read more
