This company is so unprofessional my son stayed in the trailer home with his babies …..and have a real big rat problem he has notify the leasing office several times about this incident it’s so sad that he paid rent to live with rats ….. reading the lease it stats that there responsible for pest control …. I walk inside and was greeted with a big smile by the manager. she was very helpful and answered alll my questions. the property is close to beach and i liked that it was on the bus line. the little cottages they have were very cute.
The manager called me and despite my somewhat verbally aggressive voicemail was extremely polite, understanding and patient, she explained the issues that were going on and how my personal landlord hadn’t gone through the correct subleasing and rent to buy process for the community she took the initiative to start to process and explained it to me extremely helpful to a very stress young mom greatly busy woman but absolutely kind in this situation Still not to happy about the multiple plumbing and water issues but more relax... read more
