Stayed in unit 505,thru air bnb,it was great,had all the beach essentials,30 sec walk to the beach,not to mention cheap,super chill,laid back,pool was warm,an clean with corn hole tables,lawn chairs,i cant say enough good things about this place,I will 100% be back,great vacation
Older condo's they meet all your basic needs. Room #704 is really nice though.

A little dated but great location
Great condo building. Currently, units are affordably priced. Some have lovely views of the ocean and back window views of the river. Currently, they allow weekly rentals, so it could be a good investment. The manager is great to work with.
