Second year here and we love it. Only downfall would be elevator breaks down a lot.
The reator that i rented through was real good… now for the issues i was levied to deal with! I was told 2 parking spaces for my unit was avalable when i booked… so i booked a golf cart for the week for me and my son to use… only to get harassed by a little big man representing HOA of ocean terrace calling the booking realtor to complain about my unit taking 2 spaces. (I would also like to state that the capacity was nowhere near full. There was at least 10 free parking spots all week.). The HOA Richard cranium also informed... read more
A delightful condo with grocery, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips…did I mention the ocean view? 🤩
Old room needs remolding elevator was down and we stayed 4 days bugs in cabinets water stands in tub when you shower refrigerator was leaking room wasn’t clean air conditioner wouldn’t go below 74 it was so hot and uncomfortable don’t recommend to anyone especially for the price we pd
