This house is filthy! They do not care about you or your well-being. Management it horrible especially the one on site is a bully and steals from the tenants. They do not care about anyone but their money. They will also scam you. It smells like doodoo in the whole house. It looks like it’s about to fall apart any at time. If we bring up a problem to management we will be dismissed and treated poorly or nothing will be fixed. Awful place to live. Management doesn't take care of the property at all and the rooms are abysmal. There's one room that has eight people living in it and their beds are so tightly jammed together. If you're looking for student housing please run away from this one.
it's advertised as a student home, but it seems more like a commune or a youth hostel. the house dirty on the outside, even more dirty on the inside. it looks like the owners dont care about maintaining the property at all. not even a full dining room set just a big table with some cafeteria chairs around it. feel really bad for the people who do live here.
