House is a complete mess. Landlord illegally fines the tenants over ambiguous "issues." Management illegally enters your room without notice. They have no clues about the actual tenant laws in Santa Monica. People don't stay for very long because it's a mess and management treats them poorly, now it's finally catching up to them because it's almost completely vacant. Management says racist, derogatory things towards minorities on the regular. Avoid.
As someone who has lived here for the past 8 months, I can say that this is a nice place to live, with a more affordable rent (compared to a lot of places in Santa Monica), that already includes electricity, wi-fi, gas, water, and more. You'd have to pay 4 dollars for laundry, but the dryer is completely free. Most of the residents here are international college students, so if you are one, this would be a good way to make new friends especially if you're new around the area.
