As someone who has lived here for the past 8 months, I can say that this is a nice place to live, with a more affordable rent (compared to a lot of places in Santa Monica), that already includes electricity, wi-fi, gas, water, and more. You'd have to pay 4 dollars for laundry, but the dryer is completely free. Most of the residents here are international college students, so if you are one, this would be a good way to make new friends especially if you're new around the area. Great place and very nice people
I have loved it since I’ve been here! I’ve gotten so close with the people here and we have so much fun together. Management is super accessible and helpful so that’s nice, and the area is beautiful.
This house is filthy! They do not care about you or your well-being. Management it horrible especially the one on site is a bully and steals from the tenants. They do not care about anyone but their money. They will also scam you. It smells like doodoo in the whole house. It looks like it’s about to fall apart any at time. If we bring up a problem to management we will be dismissed and treated poorly or nothing will be fixed.
