Routine scheduled maintenance for my ‘24 Forester. Easy to get in and out. Friendly and very helpful service department.
This was my first experience with Ocean Subaru. The entire experience with Ocean Subaru was superb, from the greeting upon my arrival to check out when my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend Ocean Subaru to all Subaru owners.
The 7-month-old battery on my '19 Crosstrek went "dead" the night before I took it to Ocean Subaru and the service dept handled everything including provision of a LYFT to and from home so that the car could be checked out. Everything was OK, there was no charge, and a car wash was even provided. I will definitely use Ocean Subaru for my service needs.
The service was smog test , for transfer of title . Was met with a friendly face , and handshake ! Took about 45 minutes. The lounge was a clean and great place to hang out ! When all was done , “ Mr. Houle , your car is ready !” So it was a good experience!
