This is a nice, climate-controlled storage facility in North Suffolk, convenient for people around Western Branch / Chesapeake Square and Shoulders Hill / Bridge Road. Brayanah and the team have been great any time we had questions or needed anything. Although managing your account online is nice, everyone offers that now. What is even better is being able to stop by and talk to a real person for help. You can do that here, which is a plus.
Brayanah was a great help and friendly. She made leasing a unit one of the easiest tasks I've done!
The facility is nice and the staff have always been helpful. However, they keep raising my rent and the online billing platform has serious issues. It keeps defaulting to auto-pay even though I have logged on and changed that several times and also asked onsite staff to do it. This is a problem, because I don't always pay with the same card, and I have more than one account. Make sure to check this before renting if you want to pay manually.
