The best thing about Ocean Storage for me is that it is not far from where I live. So I can make quick and multiple runs up there as needed. I love the spacing for the unit that I have, and I love the cleanliness. The staff is very nice. The only downside is that it is pricey and has gone up a couple of times since I've been there. And that's not that long. Otherwise, as of yet, I've not run into any issues there.
Great location. Access my storage any time I need to get my things.

I had a really great experience at Ocean Storage Nansemond. Richard, the manager, provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made the entire process easy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell he takes pride in his job and making sure customers are taken care of. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, so I truly appreciated the positive experience. Thank you, Richard, for the great service!
Very pleasant experience! Richard was very helpful, he answered all of my questions and concerns.
