The manager was so helpful and kinda . The unit as well as the store and area was super clean. No matter how many questions I had she answer them all never made me as if I was a bother. I can not say enough good things about this place or the manager. She was kinda & sweet as well as very professional you can tell she takes pride in her work . So thank you Kyrstyn for helping me today answering all my questions and sure I felt comfortable with placing my stuff there.
I drive Uber is easy to find
No idea what's going on here. Spent over 30 minutes with the clerk and got no where for my new rental. She was talking on the phone, I guess to her boss, the whole time. I made an excuse for having to leave and went next door for my rental. 12 minutes and I was all done over there. I think the person upfront at Ocean Storage is new but please give her some training. She is nice though.
The constant increase in unit prices and the LATE FEE IS TRULY RIDICULOUS. THAT WAS A MASSFUL JUMP. $50 to $75 AND YOU GUYS HAD ALREADY INCREASED THAT ONCE BEFORE. RIDICULOUS PRICE GOUGING FOR SURE
