I needed to rent a unit just for a couple days until my new apartment was ready for me to move in. The Ocean Storage employee I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in getting me a great deal and avoid having to pay a full monthly rate when I was only going to be needing the unit for a week tops. It was incredibly easy to get my stuff in and out of the unit, and it was simple to open and close my rental arrangement. If I ever need a storage unit again, Ocean Storage will definitely be my first go-to.
Awesome customer service
We were helped immediately and were informed on our options. We were given a tour and taken to the unit we were interested in. All our questions were answered.
The young lady at the counter, Brayanah, was very pleasant and also a pleasure to work with in securing a storage unit. Ocean Storage should be proud to have exceptional employees like her in charge.
Staff were always very friendly and knowledgeable and the facilities were kept clean
