I had a great experience moving into Ocean Storage. I had to move a uhaul box from California to Hampton Roads and into a new unit. Amanda made the process extremely easy and stress free. She showed me available units and gave me price breakdowns for sizes. The facility is super clean, safe, and well lit. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family. Thanks!
This is a very clean and safe facility. The front office staff are excellent and extremely kind. I am so glad to have chosen them to store my belongings.
Unfortunately I can't recommend this place because almost as soon as I had signed up, they raised prices by over 50%! Yes, over fifty percent. Totally unjustified, please shop around and find a place that won't price gouge you!

Ocean Storage provides top-notch customer service! The facility is exceptionally clean, safe, and professionally managed. The storage units are well maintained and environmentally controlled, which gave us great peace of mind. We needed a unit on very short notice—literally within hours—and their team accommodated us immediately. Highly recommend!
