Great experience all around. Clean units and property, great access hours and best management and customer service I’ve ever experienced in over two decades of renting storage units. Would absolutely recommend and hope to use them again if we move back to Chesapeake!
Ocean Storage is a great place to store my stuff. No complaints. Donna is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as the owner Amanda. The units are clean and climate controlled. I have had no problems with bugs or dirt. My last storage place left all my items covered with both. I am very happy with my storage experience with Ocean Storage and highly recommend them!
Perfect! …everything was perfect from my initial move in to my move out day. Amanda was wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. I would highly recommend Ocean Storage on Battlefield to my family and friends. The facility was always very clean very well lit. I always felt safe. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Prices are great and the units are nice, but it’s hard to get a hold of the management office sometimes. If they fixed that, it would easily be a five star place. I still recommend them!
