The website portal not user friendly.
Very unprofessional. I made an appointment in the summer time ! And I had to call myself to find out my appointment was canceled because a doctor left very unprofessional! I hope this place shuts down I hope the lady at the front desk loses her job she’s miserable!!!!!!! Don’t go here they will piss you off
I drove a long distance to see my doctor of 30 years who is know employed by Ocean State Primary. I was running early and delayed by detours within .4 miles of location. Because I was 18 minutes late they canceled my appointment. Office manager had no sympathy nor did her Office notify patients of the road closure. Unfortunately I will have to leave my Doctor who is a excellent physician. I hate writing negative things but everything about this was wrong.
