These people installed our mini splits two years ago and we are beyond thrilled with them. They helped us choose the right ones for our home. We are cool in the summer and it’s a nice off set from using oil in the colder months for a little heat.
Was told 80 an hour they sent 2 guys out so it was 160 an hour they cleaned the igniter and had to order a new one. Part cost 50 online and they charged me 450 for the same part. Said it would be extra to put it in. I Do not recommend these crooks
Great company and honest. Ocean state rocks!!!! Great prices. This place needs to advertise on the TV. All these other places want $300 just to walk in your door. My furnace went down a few years back. I called around. Was blown off 3 times by 1 guy. 2nd place said wait 4 days. I have no heat in the middle of winter. Ocean state came asap. And "Will" came back on Saturday to put new computer board for furance. I will never forget ocean state was there for me in my darkest hour.
