not too helpful We went there a few weeks ago looking for some *mothers* jewelry. We asked for assistance several times and were basically ignored. I will notbegoing back there.
Extremely Helpful Veronica is a gem! She gave me her honest advice when it came to purchasing my center stone for my engagement ring and my wedding band. If another place had it cheaper than her, she told me to purchase from them because it was a good deal! Ocean State set my center stone and sized my wedding band, they both came out beautifully! I couldn't be happier!
Just got my beautiful Zable from this shop! =) Awesome Jewelry Store! I just bought a Zable with 3 charms there yesterday, as well as a ring guard for my Promise Ring. The shop is owned by my good friend's husband's cousin and her family, the prices are VERY reasonable, and you get great customer service! customer i thought the service was great very friendly helpful and reasonable prices i would def be shopping here again they went out of there way to fix something all other jewelers told me was not worth the time .Great experiance
happy with it!! I have to agree with the owner. Anytime I go there, they are friendly and always willing to help you. There prices are reasonable and they are honest. Their jewelry is fixed on the spot so you don't have to worry about who's hands are on it. It's a family atmosphere.
