Awful experience at their Middletown location recently. I needed a Signia dealer as my hearing aids were purchased in Florida and sent back to the company to be reprogrammed by another company in RI. However I was trying to find a dealer closer to home. My mistake. I’ll keep driving to Warwick before I’ll deal with the rudeness of the audiologist I briefly saw today, who told me she couldn’t honor the warranty or help me in any way. Absolutely horrible experience with Ocan State Hearing and specifically with Mr. Lancia. Bought hearing aids I was not happy with and was called and scheduled to come to his office to exchange them. Upon arriving I was told they made an error and weren't able to exchange the hearing aids. Bottom line is I'm stuck with expensive hearing aids that don't work for me and was inconvenienced to.
