Dr Karwal was very attentive to my situation, i was in alot of pain not knowing how i even got the injury. He got to the bottom of it in no time.I couldn't have asked for a better Dr. He was unaware of my reluctancy, and nervousness towards surgery due to past experiences.... but between the amazing staff at landmark and Dr. Karwal i had a great experience. I do not recommend this pla r and especially Dr. Karwal. Was scheduled for surgery for 2:30pm and told to be at hospital at 1pm. I was told to expected to be at the hospital for 4 to 5 hours. When I got to hospital I went thru the entire registration process and changed into a gown, the whole bit. I was then told that Dr. Karwal is behind about 2 and a half hours. The doctor was nice but I did not feel that they treated her case with enough urgency. Her MRI results were in (they were ordered stat) but they were not willing to read them over the phone, and said they didn't have an appointment available for two weeks. Office staff told me 'we're so busy.' As a mother with a very athletic kid in pain, I do not care how busy you are; I need a doctor who is going to prioritize her injury and I did not feel that happened here.
my daughter suffered from painful in grown toenails for a long time. A couple of visits and some quick procedures and she is good to go! A kind doctor and a great office.
i had the worst ingrown toenails ever and then i went for 2 visits and he made them perfect! 10/10 would recommend
